- Passwords, accounts, devices, subscriptions
- Where critical digital access lives
- What a successor needs to know
It's the guide you wish someone had left you, and we build it together, chapter by chapter, so whoever steps in knows where to look and what to do.
Tap any pillar to see what it holds. The complete Life Manual brings these pieces together into one usable map.

The Blueprint Session identifies your gaps and creates a 72-hour action plan. If you continue, we organize your information and build the Manual with you.
We put the accounts, records, people to call, and instructions nobody thinks to write down in an order someone else can actually use.

You receive and sign the Client Services Agreement and the Digital Setup and Continuity Authorization. Payment is completed, and the engagement moves from planning into the build.
We set up secure communications and storage together, including a password manager. You'll know where the working materials live and how to access them.
Your working materials and checklists are placed in the secure drive, giving you a clear starting point for gathering records.
You are enrolled in the Client Portal, Craig walks you through it, and the next working session is scheduled. The portal gives you a place to see the Manual develop chapter by chapter.
We verify that you can access the tools you need. The Manual points to where credentials live without storing passwords in the document.
The first two chapters establish the digital map and the immediate orientation a successor needs. From there, the Manual continues one chapter at a time.
Digital Life is a high-level map of the digital systems your life depends on. It covers the operational role of each system, the authority structure around it, where recovery information is located, and what happens when someone else has to take over.

This chapter is built for moments of urgency or uncertainty. Its job is to reduce confusion and establish calm direction when you cannot be the person making the next call.
The First 48-Hours Plan establishes the immediate sequence: secure the home, access the Life Manual, contact key people, secure financial systems, and review the legal documents that apply.

Every session after the foundation builds another chapter. The work stays structured, the draft is reviewed as it develops, and the password manager and Secure Drive are checked rather than assumed. Personal covers six chapters. Business adds Business Continuity and covers all seven.
The finished Manual gives a successor an organized map of what exists, where to find it, who matters, what happens first, and where to look next. It does not become a password dump. The Manual identifies the password manager and the high-level access path while keeping private credentials out of the document.
The Successor Roadmap provides additional direction for the first 48 hours, the first week, and coordination with the appropriate professional advisers. It does not grant legal authority. Legal authority still comes from properly executed legal instruments.

These are full-size sample pages from the Life Manual itself. They show the kind of structure the finished work uses, from the cover and quick reference through the Successor Roadmap, chapter content, Business Continuity, and the final handoff.

All those everyday details you've spent years keeping straight don't have to live in your head alone. A Life Manual makes the important knowledge easier to share while you're here and easier to follow when you're not.
The final session brings your successor into the room for a walkthrough while you are still available to answer questions. After that walkthrough, you have 72 hours to review the finished work and fix anything that still needs attention.
After the review period, the working material is removed from the portal under the No-Retention Protocol. The Manual remains yours. When life changes enough to matter, an Annual Review can bring it back up to date.
It organizes practical information and provides operational direction. It does not replace a will, trust, power of attorney, attorney, accountant, financial professional, or other adviser. Where legal authority or professional advice is required, the Manual points the successor toward the appropriate records and people.
